RewAir Group Expansion in India

A major multinational expansion of the RewAir Group in India to support the growing wind energy industry is now well underway. RewAir Composites India Pvt. Ltd., registered at the end of last year, will be a brand new 5000 sq. m facility to supply RewAir’s 100% compliance kitting and engineering support service for the new manufacturing wind cluster under development in Tamil Nadu State, South East India.

RewAir Composites India plans to be fully operational by August 2022, providing a low carbon footprint closed-loop supply and packaging materials reuse/recycling system between RewAir and wind cluster customers.

Two key new appointments have been made as part of this latest strategic business investment by RewAir to support its OEM wind sector customers globally.

Lars Buhl has joined the RewAir Holding A/S board. Being the former Investment Director of the private equity company Industri Udvikling a/s, he has extensive multinational expertise and experience in helping mid-sized manufacturing companies to successfully expand internationally.

Reeth Poonacha M.A. is the new Operations Head for RewAir Composites India. He has extensive rotor blade technology and manufacturing experience gained from previous roles with LM Wind Power and other companies.
